  • We request to the guest that at the time of arrival in U.A.E., kindly purchase a local SIM, so we can communicate easily.
  • Pick-up & drop timings are only indicative & might change, exact timings will be informed by the operations team when the customer is here.
  • It is advisable for customers to contact our local Dubai office and inform their hotel room numbers/local contact number once they check-in.
  • For Atlantis aqua venture waterpark (or any other waterpark), they are requested to carry their own nylon swimming costumes and towels.
  • For entry to Abu-Dhabi grand mosque, guests are requested to dress modestly and wear fully covered clothes.
  • Dress code is compulsory when guest is going to have meal in Burj Al Arab. Smart Formals for men and women.
  • If guest wants to changes in itinerary then it should be informed 48 hrs prior to the travel date
  • If any tickets booked then it can`t be change.
  • In case any tour is cancelled, due to bad weather or any unavoidable circumstances , we shall inform you prior and the same shall be organized some other day or refund the amount for same.
  • During Airport Pickup guests are requested to look for placard with the lead person name as on voucher. In case they are not able to locate they are requested to contact emergency numbers mention on the voucher immediately.
  • Since all the amusements and theme parks Tickets are E tickets, they shall be handed over to you over WhatsApp the same day of the tour or one day prior in order to avoid any misuse. You can simply get them scanned from the phone and enter. If you do not have access, please contact our operations team on arrival.
