Local Culture & Cuisine
Armenian hospitality is not a marketing phrase — it shows up in the food, the monasteries, the markets and the villages. At the table: lavash bread, khorovats barbecue, dolma, harissa, spas soup, gata, dried apricots and local cheeses. Armenian coffee is worth trying.
